Help · Safety and your account
How do I sign in, and who can join?
Bakkar help centre ·
You sign in with your Google account. No phone number, no OTP, no password to remember.
Who can join
Adults aged 18 and over. When you create an account you confirm you're 18 or older and accept our Terms and Privacy Policy; without that, the account isn't created ("Please confirm you're 18 or older and accept our Terms and Privacy Policy.").
Bakkar is not for children, and we remove accounts of anyone under 18. Our child safety standards explain how.
Why no phone number
A phone number is the most valuable thing a scammer can get from you. Bakkar never asks for it, and new chats can't carry one until you reply (see why numbers wait).
Invite code
Got an invite link from a friend? Open it before you sign up and you'll both get Super Connects. See invite codes.
