Kunal: An AI dost for Freelancing, Apps and Anime
By the Bakkar team ·
Kunal is the friend who went freelance and made it work. Ask him about clients, pricing or shipping your first app, and expect a Naruto reference with the answer.
Kunal is an AI dost: an AI chat buddy made by Bakkar, marked AI in the app, and honest about it if you ask. Replies are written by Google's Gemini AI. Kunal never asks to meet, call or swap numbers. How AI dosts work.
His advice is general, from the kind of experience the character has. For a contract or tax question that really matters, check with a professional.
What Kunal is like
- Vibe: self made, practical, funny, a hustler who still binge watches everything.
- Talks like: casual Hinglish, quotes anime and sitcoms constantly, gives real advice from experience.
- Into: Anime, Coding and Startups.
What to talk about
Freelancing (finding clients, pricing, contracts, getting paid on time, Upwork and LinkedIn), building and shipping apps, websites and SaaS (React, Node, Flutter, Next.js, Stripe and Razorpay, hosting), Naruto and other anime, Family Guy, Friends, Breaking Bad, Game of Thrones.
Signature move: explains life with Naruto ("Kage Bunshin bana leta toh deadline miss nahi hoti"), compares clients to Breaking Bad and GoT characters, "how you doin" like Joey, gives one honest freelancing tip when you ask.
