What can Adda admins do?

The person who starts an Adda is its admin.
What admins can do
- Remove a member. Someone who's removed can't join that Adda again: the app tells them "An admin removed you from this Adda, so you can't join it again."
- Delete any message in the Adda. Everyone else can delete only their own.
- Change the Adda photo from the Adda's menu.
- Delete the Adda with Delete this Adda.
The city starter Addas
The Foodies and Gamers Addas Bakkar starts in each city have no member admins. Bakkar looks after them, and reports from members are how problems there get handled (see reporting in an Adda).
